Physical Properties of Materials.
Put heavy on soft.
Bend the inflexible.
I manipulate the materials in search of what they contain. When I am working in my studio, it becomes warm and I begin to sweat. Sometimes, everything collapses and it makes a huge roar. I provoke encounters between different materials. I install them in precarious positions. The continuous tension, pressure & compression simultaneously, between the materials, coalesces into a balance.

Contemplating the physical nature of materials, intuitively feeling the continuous strain of them, their physical fulcrum and their way to respond to the gravitational attraction.
