Biography
Artist and Graphic designer. Since 1985 I run my personal atelier as graphic designer and work realize graphic projects for companies, public offices, museums, art galleries. I also deal with the major Italian publishers. Next to the every day activity on design, on 1984 Franco Gengotti, Lorenzo di Marco and myself we started a research collecting, analysing and elaborating tails, throughout Europe, on Gnomes life! On the subject and with the Cercagnomi brand, we have won the competitions run by Renaul Italia and Mini BMW, and realised two tours in Europe and photographic reportage that have been transformed into children books and conferences.
Whit the photography of research I love analyzing the landscape and its memory, creates sculptures and conceptual installations to photography, old wood and old books. I have exposed my works in many personal and group exibitions: Torre Viscontea in Lecco, Spazio Natta in Como, Palazzo Cicogna in Busto Arsizio, Spazio Polifemo in Milano... I won the second edition of the national prize photograph the territory of the Foundation Vittorio and Piero Alinari.
Upcoming exhibitions in 2012: the project "Palaces of Words" is a finalist for Prize "Confini" and will be exhibited at galleries Polifemo Milano, VisionQuest Genova, MassenzioArte Roma, Officine Nadar Torino, Sala Fenice Trieste.
