FROTTAGE DIGITAL
In my digital images I try to rewrite our planet through the combination of fragments of art and industrial archeology history. The technique of digital frottage allows me to create "composite worlds": apocalyptic scenarios and post-atomic where coexist, combined together, culture shreds with urban wrecks. Worlds, where you can escape from pollution mass media and by the prevalent oblivion that is invading the collective memory.

PAINTING
Painting, as I understand it, is an intimate practice that comes from the bowels; is not premeditated, not by a precepts, has not to do with the logic; It is spontaneous, impulsive, passionate. The image which it gives rise is the compromise between the will of the painter and the randomness of the world; between the intuition of the artist and the strict laws of physics.
In painting the "case" it is essential and crucial to the success of the work, but in it cause and effect are given only once. That's why every time you want to repeat the same effect, causing the same cause, you fall into the rhetoric and work fails.
