Biography
Joanna Dudziec has recently graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts at University of Zielona Gora - Poland (MA/2011).
Her works balances visions of destruction and construction. Through her paintings, installations and sprawling she explores both the fabric and peculiarities of modern society, questioning popular thoughts and personal beliefs. She also uses in her work present, open for general use products, as well as broken objects, traffic places - which she modifies, modernizes, gives them new value. Sometimes she destroys things from everyday life to create useless another one, which one can see in a new light. Always she changes all them in reception and meaning. She challenges reality to dreamlike hybrids.
