It grows in a lively and stimulating enviroment.

Due to his profession he lived in France - Paris for 3 years, in Germany - in Stuttgart and traveled through Europe where he could experience different environments and lifestyles, which led him to be open to world.
He is really free it experimenting new ways of living and new kinds of knowledge.

His life seems really "normal" away from art and especially away from modern channels of contemporary art.

But art is coming from various roads, and so happened to Paul.

Paul begins to paint in 2008 following a big change both in mind and life.

His is a painter of impression, of feeling, of power that comes from a sudden vision which is in a sense "thrown" and interpreted on the canvas.

His paintings are visions, dreams. They are images that belong to his life, to his memories: Sicily is transfigured in the “Etna 2008”, in the “Alba” lost on the sea, in the “Incroci Marini” where colors are intense and material. In his works we could find influences of post-impressionist paintings and Expressionist too. While the other works are geometric visions, which hypnotized the audience.

If you stop to look at his works you dive into a world of strong colors, emotions, passions. Those colors represent for the artist some kind of rebirth, a passage.

Paolo Dazio, beyond his young artistic history, what can tell us?
His an artist in continuous evolution and growth: we realize it by his changing of styles, from the constant desire to go beyond the image and interpret it not for itself but for its intrinsic value and for its soul.
