Since 1996 she has been working in the field of Research and Practice of movement with children and adults both in public and private structures, in the creative, educational / preventive, training and clinical fields.
At eighteen she begins to become aware of his true essence by recovering ancient memories. From those years she has followed a personal journey of inner research and awareness, also receiving teachings and initiations from great masters both in the West and in the East, coming to rediscover his own inner teacher.
He dedicates himself to the practices of Yoga, Thai-Chi and Shaolin.
