Biography
Now photographer Artists Representative for Andre Rau, Jacques Olivar, Marino Parisotto, Eugenio Recuenco... I was born in Sicily, Italy May 21 1980. After major traveling throughout the world, I decided to reside in Milan, European capital of art and fashion. In Milan I attended the institute of decoration in the prestigeous ‘Accademia di belle Arti di Brera’ where I graduated. During the university time frame I had the unique opportunity to meet with great international fugures and personalities, and experiment new technics, but, thanks to Matilde Trapassi I was able grow artistically.
I target my study over and above the traditional intense paint journeying throughout a vast and diverse materials as radeography, photography, paper retail, plexiglass, wax, wood. The objects are used more to bring out the history rather than to represent themselves or their form. My works bring out the living time and experience, it can be described as “art of the memory’ so close to Wunderkammer, much closer than the relic Camera. Highlight of my works are my miner-clean-linear detailed art.
I can’t define myself any other way than an extremely active and multifaceted person: I work as a designer for big events, I am a committed interior designer for private homes and trendy venues, and am the Italian Agent for some of the greatest talents of contemporary photography. I have worked with numerous large brands including: La Perla, Ikea, Campari, Kinder and Ferrero, Sony Music, and many others.
