Biography
I started my scholarship attending the artistic high school “ Vittorio Veneto” in Turin, then I graduated as an Architect at the Polytechnic of Turin and attended the Faculty of Arts at the University of Turin.
Since 1987, I’ve been working as an architect, continuing growing my passion for design and contemporary art.
D. ARCH & LIGHT was born in 2011
The philosophy of these works is a pun between Design, Architecture and Light.
A metamorphosis that transforms a design object in a charming light work.
My works are the result of a continuous passage from the vocabulary of the architect, made of substance and technology to the vocabulary of the artist that shapes the light and shadow, keeping in mind the duties of a modern man who recycles, reuses and does not waste anything.
D. ARCH&LIGHT Unique lights unlikly repeatable.
My light works are the result of experimentation, design and construction with characteristics of high efficiency and low power consumption. I use LEDs, fiber and luminescent pigments as well as reused plastic scraps.
Each work can be reproduced in different materials and sizes but there are never two alike.
