Biography
I work as an artist, curator and art historian. Through the exploration on different mediums—primarily painting and sculpture—, I recall visual codes to represent space’s sensorial and perceptive experience. In this sense, I work with objects and images that reveal the existing tension between natural and artificial, and the subjective experience related to science and language’s cataloguing and measuring schemes. In both my artistic and research work, I have delved in modern and contemporary art’s references to rural and urban landscape, as well as in the development and validity of abstract art.
