Biography
Maureen Bachaus, artist, living and working in Maastricht, the Netherlands, Europe. Represented in the Netherlands by Galerie Wansink, in Belgium by Galerie S&H De Buck and in Switzerland by Gallery Daniel Tanner.
Last photography/art-project: 'Identification', for which people - throughout the world - documented their lives (using pictures end emails) for one month around the following questions: who are you and how did you become the person you are? How would you describe your own identity?
The result (a.o. pictures and emails) have been the source of inspiration for the 'Identification'-series. Bachaus is now working on an (art)video-project that will also be a part of the identification-project.
