Biography
Decio Carelli was born in Carinaro (Caserta), Italy. He has been painting since childhood. Since '82 he works at the Royal Palace of Caserta as a restorer in the laboratory of art restoration of the Soprintendenza of Caserta and Benevento. to his credit numerous exhibitions, and works for public spaces.
