Biography
Born in Naples May 16, 1953, graduated from the Institute of Art in Naples "Palisades" with a specialization in the art of printing, enrolled at the academy of fine arts "painting", with the master Brancaccio.
I worked as a graphic designer at the company Legma creating billboards for the cinema.
More and more strongly eager to know, to understand, to understand my thought, now the esternai through writings, drawings, prints, experimenting with different materials, with oil paintings, watercolor and tempera.
The more I inoltravo into the unknown, and more, I stood in line in front of images, figures real, imaginary or even allegorical, which in some form, I had to externalize.
In this regard, it must be said that the meaning is not always elaboravo before painting, but sometimes in perfecting the work, I began to see the hidden meanings.
Often mixed in me, still, reality and fancy free, in the end our mind absorbs a number of subliminal perceptions, ignored by the senses conscious.
I can say I immediately began an artistic journey, winning several awards in collective exhibitions organized in Naples:
• I got the first prize in oil on canvas with the "Christ dying in the modern city" organized by the Region of Campania, in the 72.
• I Exhibited at the Art Gallery of Palazzo Doria in Genoa oil on canvas: "Atomic Terror" where I got the National Prize for Painting Figurative Symbolic "St. Michael Gold" in 1974.
I took part in various exhibitions, but after a few years, for personal reasons, I left the active participation in artistic events, continuing to express my inner world with the will and determination to continue my research by various means, including graphics , mixed techniques and computer graphics.
For many years I have been working away from art.
I remained in the silence of the night I wrote or painted.
A series of events brought me back to write about me, I decided to resume an active part, putting still under discussion.
