...Although Viktor Zakrynycny is expressing himself freely, he is not giving up the responsibility for his own creative expression.
His susceptibility is a solid foundation in all of his paintings. Viktor can observe, can see underneath the subject mattter's surface. He poses an admirable ability to find one’s essence in everything he touches.
Viktor combines the objective truth with subjective emotions.
Viktor possesses a gift of deep sensitivity to a present moment and theme. He is capable to capture and keep that unrepeatable and perishable element which passing time will cover in new stimulations. The paintings are excecuted with great enthusiasm, so vivid, adding to the reason why they impress stylistically and hit us as simply real.
The colour adds to his paintings the character and the atmosphere. He creates light more than imitates it. Thick and vivid colours so dynamic whilst close to the sharpness of a blade. Delicate shades are composed into fragile areas filled by light and their soft shivering quality suggest a wide sense of space.
To show the author’s ethical, aesthetic, social and artistic opinions is not enough for Viktor, to be “just” a painter. He feels the necessity to be a poet and a philosopher, too.
His inspiration, intuition and instinct results in humble yet simultaneously uplifting works of art.
Viktor Zakrynycny’s work is affected by his sensibility towards music, this may explain his paintings’ pensive nature and the way he uses colour.
The originality and spontaneity of the artist’s expression is his characteristic style and oddity are proven.
Viktor is a strong character with the tender soul of an intellectual.
Every work of art is a transmission of one's approach to life, which reflects impressions of it’s time and shows national character. Viktor has entered an art scene with his human and artistic experience, with such a precondition for real and invaluable works of art.
