Biography
Anna Tagliaferro was born in Bari (Italy) on 25 October 1968. She comes from a normal family. The younghest of four children a rebel at birth. Her dream starting at a young age was to go to an art school but the point of view of the parents who were very. apatic and servere . . was that going to an art school was not of vital importance and was a loss of time and money. A very dominating family environment. Therefore she only completed the obligated 8 years of school.
She currently resides in the Valpolicella area of Verona where her thirst and passion for art started being also due to the fact that she works in a school. She had the opportunity to listen to the lessons on the story of art from the hallway where she was stationed to work thanks to the art teacher who discovered her psssion and talent for art and who was the first to believe in her and she often kept her classroom door open so that she could listen to the lessons. This gave her the opportunity to learn in regards to prospective to discover futureism and all the various aspects that had invluenced modern art feeding her desire to know more.
How can her art work be defined? Lets say instictive a play with different shadings of light using black and white through different tones of color using different alternative materials such as sand, rope, fake jewelry to transmit her sensations and to better express her artistic talents and her passion for art that comes from the soul. Her moto is the heart speaks and the hands put these feelings into a tangibile expession.
