Biography
Born in Turin on 20th April 1986. After graduating from Turin Polytechnic, he then took part in the Erasmus programme at the Ecole Superiéure des Arts Sait-Luc in Liège, Belgium before enrolling in the two-year course in Visual and Multimedia Communication at the IUAV University of Venice. In 2012 he became co-founder of the 'Luckyshoes' publishing house, organising an independent publishing workshop, 'DIY'. In the same year he won a graphic art competition, part of the 96th Young Artists' Group Show held by Bevilacqua La Masa, and he also took part in the first International Performance Art Week, at Palazzo Bembo, Venice.
"The starting point is everyday reality, the contemporary world, where unrest is transformed into euphoria, problems are papered over, and everything starts to look like a pile of perfumed shit. And so I'm forced to look at the bright side and smile, roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty, looking for flowers in the shit."
