Biography
Red Label Arts comes from an idea of Luciana Satta, young Sardinian artist who proposes a revision and a new way to perform the art of sculpture within contemporary jewelry.
The author is formed in the Sardinian artistic circle, influenced by the granite landscape carved from the nature and from the popular traditions of Sardinia with its rites and its fascinating wooden masks.
From 1995 to 2000 she attends the Academy of Belle Arti in Bologna (course of decoration), where she takes an interest in metals and she get completely hooked on them thanks to a course of Techniques of Foundry.
The step to the world of the goldsmith’s art is short and, after having finished the Academy with the maximum of the score, she moves to Florence where she attends the International School of Jewelry "Le Arti Orafe" directed by Giò Carbone.
Here Luciana learns the traditional and contemporary goldsmith techniques and, thanks to this stimulating environment contaminated by different cultures (the school is attended by pupils of the whole world), she starts developing the idea of a jewel "other", which contains in itself the charm of metal and the plasticity of sculpture.
With fancy and originality, the Red Label Arts offers to people wondering to undertake an experience in the magic world of contemporary jewelry, a line of jewels of strong impact, giving the possibility to wear works of art intense and definitely unusual.....
