Biography
Santa Ana. 1987. Works and produces in El Salvador.
Recently participated in the VII Biennial of Visual Arts of the Central American Isthmus, ARTBO International Art Fair in Bogota, Colombia; Broken, Reflejos Intimos, Ex-Teresa Arte Actual, Mexico City; The Voice That Reaches You 2, Kansas, Missouri, EU; Memento Mori, [e]star Gallery, Lima, Peru, among others. Has been nominated two times for the grant of the Cisneros Fountanals Art Foundation and his work, both written and visual, has received several awards, including first place in Latin American Art Auction SUMARTE, third prize in the X National Prize of Young Art, El Salvador. Winner in the National Contest of Literary Creation ‘Gallo Tapado’. Finalist in the International Fellowship of Poetic Creation Antonio Machado. Artist in Residence on ‘La Mala Fama’, Mexico, as well as exhibitions, residences and lectures in Central, Northern and South America.
