Biography
Stefano Franzin was born in Udine on 08/07/1978 from Friuli’s mother and Veneto’s father.
Even as a child expresses an innate creative interest thanks to the teachings and passion that the father transmits with his work.
In fact, thanks to the family business, has a way of working and touring Europe, Asia and South America, expanding its cultural background, growing up and forming contaminated and enriched by entirely different countries that give a open and creative mind.
When he returned to Italy continues to assiduously attend the workshop of his father, dealing with stainless steel processing for the food industry.
Finding no satisfaction in standardized work begins to follow her creative streak, beginning to create new forms shaping the steel to create decorative objects through scraps.
He get the possibility to started a journey that led him to the Canary Islands, in Spain, where he lived in close contact with nature, so discovering in it a deep attachment and a bond indissoluble with its entirety, Water, Air, Earth, Fire, which will express themselves with all their strength in his later works.
He graduated at the technical institute A. Malignani as an expert in aircraft construction and specializes in the maintenance of helicopters and ULM aircraft, working in the aviation industry for some years and cultivating a passion for flight that occurs with the sport pilot's license that allows him to stay in touch with one of the fundamental element that inspire his creativity, Air.
Continue to travel and to create his works becoming inspired by emotions, colors, nature, and by the people he meets along the way.
All his works are unique pieces that transmit in any part of them dreams, love and emotions of who created them.
