Biography
Enrique Gomez Rueda - Colombia
Graduated as a graphic designer in 2002 from the Research and Development University, UDI in Bucaramanga, Colombia, my career has been focused on artistic production through traditional means of expression. In addition, I have developed a number of cultural management projects involving the arts community in Bucaramanga. Since 1998, my work has been exhibited in different showrooms in my home city and I was a participant in the Sixth Biennial International SIART event held in La Paz, Bolivia in 2009, with visits to various cities of that country. That same year, my work was featured in the Casa Museo Enrique Grau in Bogota under the title Three Proposals. In 2010, I participated in the 2010 EXODUS - II Bronx Latin American Art Biennial in New York and in the OUR VIRGIN exhibition at the Qbava Gallery in Union City, New Jersey. I have in addition, continued to exhibit my work at different sites in Colombia and to develop new artistic proposals.
