Biography

Marianna Grandi was born in Carpi (MO) in 1980; she has always had a passion for art and in 2005 she’s graduated in painting at the Fine Arts Academy in Bologna.
Then she turns to photography and in 2012 attends a master at the European Institute of Design (IED) in Milan starting to
work as photographer with several companies including.
She has to her credit numerous exhibitions including:
Art Takes Times Square 2012 (NY), Art Innsbruck 2013, Exposure 2013 (NY), RezArte Premio Tricolore 2014 (Reggio Emilia, Remagen, Marseille), The Exposure Award 2015 - See|me - Louvre Museum (Paris), "Fragments of canvas" 2016 - Oronero Creazioni (Modena).
In photography, as in painting, Marianna wants to express as much as possible an instinctual art form with the desire to rework and externalize visual perceptions trying to seize what eludes from the faulty and vague perception of our eyes.
