Biography
I achieved a Stage Design degree in Naples and a master degree in Photography at Accademia Di Brera in Milan. While I was attending Brera I had the chance to meet many important Italian and international personalities in the photography’s world, and I am now working as a photographer in Milan.
About 15 years ago, I started to feel a stronger and stronger attraction for the world of photography, also thanks to one of my photography instructors, Giuseppe Gaeta. At first, I started to work just with black and white films, then, once I gained more confidence with the camera, I started to use color films too.
My first love was actually nature photography, but, thanks to Photographers such as Mario Cresci, I also learned to know new realities. Because of this reason, even though I had started a path towards lansdscape and architecture photography, using mostly the large format camera grounglasses, I also threw myself into more conceptual works like “The Braille Photography.”
As of today, I’m carrying on some projects in landscapes photography that are mainly based on the relationship between the nature and the people that live in it.
Everytime I look at my works, I always think about the sensations that I felt when I took that shot, hoping that whoever looks at it, will feel the same way I did.
