Biography

Fabrizio Uliana (Ziobrafi) was born in Rome in 1954 where he lived up to 1969. He lived in various places in Italy and at present has his home in both Venice and Dinard (Brittany).
He has always been committed to human and civil rights, in particular with regard to minors and disabled persons. After taking a degree in social sciences, he did a masters course in “Drafting European projects” and in “Immigration, migration and social changes”. By profession he deals with studies, researches as well as the drafting and implementation of projects in the field of social services.
Since he was a child he has been a photography fan. In 1998 he joins the Venice-based circle “La Gondola”. From 2005 to 2009 he was one of the four administrators of the Venetian photo gallery “Al Bacaro” and organized shows of contemporary and historic photographers, thus offering to the Venitian and international public an opportunity of becoming acquainted with both traditional and contemporary photography.
His photos may be seen on the website and have been published in catalogues, books, magazines and newspapers. He has taken part in numerous collective shows and organized various personal shows.
