Biography
I was born in 1976 in Milan, the city where I live and work. I graduated in Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano. My photographic research focuses on the urban landscape, on the places and elements which I am in close contact with in my everyday’s life. My shots are performed by a variety of photographic devices, with no particular preference between digital and analogic. In my photographic job, urban architecture is just the starting point that allows me to detach from the world and from my personal reality in order to get what I imagine.
In 2014 I photographed the play of Monica Bonomi’s laboratory "Secret Milano" at Space Labarca, the concert “Lene Soul Live” at La Banlieue and “The Julie's Haircut” at the Deli of Music, within the Qalt Project. In 2015 I was in charge of the official photographic report of the play of Maria Luisa Mello "Making of... Behind the scenes", at the Libero Teatro of Milan.
I was selected to participate to the RomArt 2015 International Biennial of Art and Culture with my work "Il vuoto immaginato” [The Imagined Emptyness].
I also participated to the “Liquid Rooms – The Labyrinth” collective, at the Ca 'Zanardi, with my work "Urban Metropolis # 3".
