and not to be able to exhibit their work in dedicated areas in the province of Parma, organizing collective art 360 degree all this low budget because you can expose and have visibility without spending big bucks as usually ask the gallery, from here the name ioNOnCEnTrO
that contains inside the country name (Noceto) where all this comes from.
