Biography
Paola Sommaruga was born in 1984 in Milan where she lives and works.
Graduated in Set Design at the Fine Arts Academy of Milan, Paola has been working for almost ten years in the artistic, creative and film setting fields.
She collaborates with Festival, Private Foundations and Art Galleries in Italy and abroad.
Her artistic research is addressed to the observation of the contemporaneity and its relation to the complex fabric of which it is made of.
The relationship between the human being and the reality activates the research of a behavior in balance between participation and absence.
Me and the other, we and the nature, we as one.
Continuously renewed, the emotional, intellectual, social experiences and the perceptions of the individual tend to a collective transformation.
From outside to inside, from the individual to the multiplicity.
