Listening to a deep desire of expression, I try to describe ideas through materials,
especially stone. I look for that expressive outcome by merging matter and figures.
Materials change their consistency, appearance, colours, and transform in such a way that
nothing is as it seems. Synthetic materials give life to inert materials and the tension of

All works aim at a goal which usually concerns the acts of emerging, rising, ascending,
going up, of enfranchisement or liberation. A means to achieve this goal is the
collaboration between peers or same-status individuals. Nudity is one of the elements
which highlights the equal status of individuals. Likewise, the lack of tools means that only
through strength and reciprocal trust, life obstacles are likely to be overcome. The goal is
accomplished or closely so at the cost of effort, sacrifice, ingenuity and patience.
Difficulties are always represented as an obstacle to overcome, a wall to climb or a summit
to reach. The obstacle is made up of a cold, alien material, without handholds. Individuals
need to ally so that every one takes on its role trying to reach their goal.
