Biography
Chas was born in Northern England and has lived in Western Australia for the last twenty years. He is a photographer, paints, has run a screen printing business, sculpts, etches and more recently creates high resolution digital images. He has numerous works with commissioned clients, odd exhibitions and enjoys art competitions. He believes that art should say something; make the viewer think, cry, laugh, get angry... in short evoke an emotional response to the spirit in which it was created. Some of his works are consequently very confrontational but their aesthetic beauty shows especially when printed on aluminium with a gloss finish.
