OPEN CALL FOR PROPOSALS MEM 2011



MEM Internacional Experimental Arts Festival is now open to proposals for his 10th edition that wil take place in Bilbao and Vitoria-Gasteiz in November 2011.



We are open to all kinds of artistic proposals including performance, installation, photography, music, dance, video, everything,…



Very important: We have two categories:

A/ Budget less then 300 €

B/ Budget less then 1000 €

Budget includes VAT, transport, lodging, etc.
