Biography
Laura Di Piazza (1972, New York City, USA) is a visual and conceptual artist working with many media, who is based in New York City and Vermont, USA. She earned a Master Degree in Interdisciplinary Arts from the Goddard College in Plainfield, Vermont (2012) and a Bachelor Degree with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Theater Arts from the Hunter College, New York (1997). Her works has been presented in several group exhibitions in the USA and Europe. Her passion and trade is lettering calligraphy. She presently teaches calligraphy workshops at the AVA Gallery, Lebanon, New Hampshire and at the Dartmouth College's Book Arts Department, Hanover, New Hampshire.
