Biography
My parents were both artists: Father a sculptor, mother a Japanese wood block print artist.
I'm originally a theatrical lighting designer but have shifted my emphasis to designing lighting for architecture and art installations.
My credits range from small playhouse productions to stage shows like Elton John, television shows from PBS to MTV Asia. Architecture from large private art collections, galleries, residential lighting design, control and installation to Sanrio Theme Park (Japan) as well as special effects lighting and control design (and installation) for large retail spaces.
