MARGINALIZATION 32 (EMARGINAZIONE 32)
This is work is perceived in a very personal level, but is reflecting what might be defined as a global feeling.
Personal experience of working in the office has somewhat started twisting my perception. I have been marginalizing myself, with my free will – from my free will, from the normal, ordinary life and from my own art practice. The result is series of repetitive works, digital prints on Plexiglas, that are supposed to be set up hanging in the gallery space, object that can be faced and observed closely, even touched, objects that are creating obstacles and also objects that, like windows, are letting us see trough them, but letting us see the limited view to another wall. I have started with colour, slowly simplifying it into the monochrome black and white abstract geometrical compositions of the nocturnal views.
