The pieces focus on the voyeur watching events & finding a story in places where others tend to move through much too quickly to notice. Every interaction has a sub-text.
Over time I have simplified the pieces to give them a cleaner and refined look so not to overwhelm the viewer’s eye with too much imagery. The majority of my images are from used bookstores and magazines dating from the 1940s through 1980s. The process of finding images and subjects makes this series an amazing ongoing project.
