My Art world is a kind of self healing process for me as for many other artists. When I think about being hurt by others, I want to hurt the canvas and throw my feelings at it. My nightmare starts as a monolog but finishes as a fairy-tale conversation. Artists need to speak to people without talking. I like the idea that people interpret and react to my works differently from what I thought and expected.
This exhibition of drawings is about “Human relationships”, using clues and symptoms from the outside visible world. This time, my emotions are expressed by Text collages, by landscapes and body images, using Sharp objects and Band Aid. I made a pain hole with needle on canvas - maybe I will make it breath! My artistic expression is an extension of my breathing, my art a part of, the main influence on and the result of my own life.
