Closed Gas Station - North Elston Ave

Part of my site specific series, I stumbled upon this long closed and crumbling gas station in an area of Chicago that has started to be revitalized. Like many of the sites I document, it was a fleeting vestige of the urban landscape, slated for the wrecking ball.
