Acrylique sur coton
This painting works the other way around. It represents something of a much smaller dimension situated inside of itself: its own physical constituents, its own molecular structure. Molecules of acrylic acid cover a cotton fiber.
This way, the infinitely small is projected on its own aggregated form in a double opposite movement of zooming in and zooming out, as a ping-pong match between micro and macro.
But regardless of the focus used, you will still see the same: acrylic on cotton, literally.
