THE POTTER

The pottery activity is based on a weekly cycle that punctuate the life of this village. "We get the clay on Tuesday and Wednesday, we make the pots and the vases on Thursday and Friday ,and the weekend is the common cooking for the whole village. Pots and vases have to be ready for the Monday market in Segou.
