This work captures the fleeting moment at dawn, just before daybreak, when the sun is only a glimpse at the horizon, yet the sky is already fired up, lighting the morning clouds with brazing colors. This painting, as much of this artist's work represents a compelling intersection between nature and abstraction: while one recognizes the subject (nature/universe) the technique is definitely abstract.
