Who cares?

The victims of any form of violence, tragedies...have often played a supporting role in the drama.. their pain, shame, fear will continue to prevail, some may reach their death ..those that may survive may remain powerless, the thought of "time will heal" is their only consolation. Often the society will rightfully pursue to punish the aggressors, the wrong doers, but their victims neglected at worst eventually forgotten.
Find the guilt and punish him is it enough? Who takes care of the victim?


Little Red Ridding Hood, a fairy tale icon, with all her innocence represents the victims in my work. The series of images through different drawing techniques show the different levels of vulnerability, sadness and isolation of a victim. The last blank paper symbolizes the victim seemingly forgotten/neglected...the image continues to appear hoping not to be forgotten.
