Robots Can’t Die

"Robots can't die" is about the indifference we sometimes feel toward the death of others; some people kill, some people take and publish photographs of the victims’ bodies and some people buy these publications for entertainment.

In this work each pixelated image was generated from a photo of a murdered person published in a popular Mexican newspaper. These people were killed, photographed and used for entertainment by people that see them as replaceable objects, by people that see them as robots that can't die.
