Still life with bird

A still life that depicts two Java sparrows near a DIY bird house. Some colours have been changed from the photograph to help communicate the idea these birds are an metaphor for my memories of growing up. The size of the objects in the painting are roughly to scale intentionally to have a little bit of the 'memory' wherever I am.
