Spatial installation Maria Maria is containing 25 pieces of drowning figures describing being of Maria in concrete cubes. Each figure can be found in different leaning position.
Understanding of those symbols is ambivalent, either the „drowning“ can evoke vanishing religious devotion in western culture or on the contrary the movement of the figure up form the concrete material, can symbolise hope of returning to traditional values.
