My work is an ongoing interrogation of photographic veracity and critique of authoritarian power. I’ve worked for a number of years on projects that relate to the United States intelligence community and attendant issues such as surveillance, secrecy, deception and violence. The series "CounterIntelligence" comprises works produced from small models of the residences of former members of the Bush administration, as well as 24 other individuals residing in the United States with my name. For the installations, a "live" video feed is wirelessly transmitted to receivers that display the realtime broadcast on monitors in an adjacent room, or via a web feed. The photographs are large pigment prints on paper.
