Biography
Stefania Romagna is a painter, but she also works as an illustrator,
performer, set designer and visual concept artist. Currently settled in
Terracina, she has lived and worked in Spain, Germany and Switzerland.
Stefania Romagna has turned upside down with her cre-actions in concerts,
pubs, subway stations and art galleries all over the Southern Italy from Rome
to Terracina. She has collaborated in illustration, graphic and design projects,
including eco-design. Stefania's works are usually carried out in color spray
paintings and acrylics, or pencil and photoshop for illustration.
Stefania is more than color and canvas: she is also “Riciclo in movimento”,
an eco-design and recycling art project born from her passion for art and
recovery together with respect for the environment, and the idea of turning
waste into resources: Re-cycle, Re-use, Re-duce vs disposable materials. Two
philosophies, two opposite lifestyles, as recycling is indeed a civic duty, but
may also become an art: art as a game, if she is around, and then a moving
art.
