I painted this picture after seeing a documentary where men of a tribe in Africa had adopted the method to put the women a hard lip to make unattractive to prevent them from being raped by men of the enemy tribe. So the Title is: Violence that drives the violence. But she looks further, beyond the horizon, to look inside.
